Motion Box is a 3-axis Cartesian robot system that will move a defined distance, with a defined load, in a defined amount of time.

It can be ordered with one part number, from one vendor with the assurance that everything will fit together and work together. You get a complete 3-axis motion system, from the HMI to the Ethernet connection, and we manage everything in between.

  • Up to 5μm repeatability due to high resolution motor encoders; in conjunction with preloaded ball screws and linear guides (dependent on stroke and operating conditions)
  • High efficiency motors and drives
  • Z-axis servo motor with integrated brake
  • 1G acceleration achieving a maximum speed of 1 m/s
  • Preloaded ball screws and linear guides provide backlash-free movement
  • Achievable cycle time of 0.6 on smallest model

Reliability and Maintenance

  • Pre-programmed HMI screens for robot status, diagnostics,and lubrication intervals
